Our Story
People often ask me where our agency’s name—Fifteen Code Design—came from. The name is a reflection of my journey, a journey that began in the fast-paced world of multinational corporations and led to something far more personal and creative.
With an MBA in Marketing from SIBM Pune, one of India’s top business schools, I stepped into the corporate world with a passion for brand building. For ten years, I worked as a brand manager at a global MNC, shaping marketing strategies, launching campaigns and driving business growth. I thrived on the energy, the big ideas and the constant challenge. But something was missing. I wasn’t creating—I was managing. And deep down, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. So, I started experimenting. Late nights and weekends became my canvas. I designed bold visuals, crafted videos and curated compelling social media content—not for clients, but for my own businesses. And something incredible happened. My work started turning heads. Brands noticed. People engaged.
One evening, after completing a particularly striking design, I realized the path was clear. I was no longer just a brand strategist—I was a creator, a storyteller, a designer. That’s when Fifteen Code Design was born. The name itself embodies structure and creativity—‘Fifteen’ represents the crucial first 15 seconds where first impressions are made, which is exactly what we strive for in our designs. ‘Code’ symbolizes our structured approach towards creativity and strategy, ensuring every design is both intentional and impactful. It was never just about making things look good—it was about making them unforgettable. I built this agency to help brands craft visuals and stories that don’t just exist but demand attention. To create work that stops people in their tracks. Because great design isn’t just seen—it’s felt.
